SMART currently only supports single-name individual accounts.

Yes, provided each SMART account meets the minimum investment requirement of SGD 5,000. Each new SMART account will require a separate online application and risk profiling.

Yes, you can invest in SMART if you are a non-Singaporean.  However, we currently do not accept US citizens or US residents for SMART.

Yes, you can make a request for partial withdrawal as long as the minimum holding amount of SGD 5000 is maintained in your SMART account.  

You can do a partial withdrawal by submitting the transaction form and mail to us at “Phillip Smart Portfolio” 250 North Bridge Road #06-00 Raffles City Tower Singapore 179101. The transaction form will be processed within 14 business days upon receipt.

You can close your account by mailing a closure form to us at “Phillip Smart Portfolio” 250 North Bridge Road #06-00 Raffles City Tower Singapore 179101. The closure form will be processed within 14 business days upon receipt.
