Yes, existing SMART Portfolio Customers are eligible for the promotion. To qualify, you must open and fund a new portfolio service type with a minimum deposit of S$1,000 during the promotion period.

The Account must be funded within 14 calendar days of the Account Opening Date.

You may fund your SMART Portfolio with Cash, funds from existing accounts within Phillip Securities Pte Ltd(“PSPL”) excluding SMART Portfolio and other Managed Account services or the Supplementary Retirement Scheme (SRS). You may click HERE for the full funding options.

You can open multiple SMART Portfolio Accounts. However, only one Account per portfolio service type per Customer will be counted as an eligible Account for this promotion.

The POEMS Coins will be credited to your trading Account within 14 calendar days after the 90-day period after Account opening ends. Please note that you must have login access to the POEMS Mobile 3 App to receive and redeem POEMS Coins.

1. The Promotion is valid from 13 Apr 2026 (0000hrs) to 31 May 2026 (2359hrs), both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
2. This promotion is valid for customer(s) who open and fund their SMART Portfolio account during the Promotion Period.
3. Eligible customer(s) must open and fund their SMART Portfolio Account with a minimum deposit of S$1,000 to qualify for 20,000 POEMS Coins (“Reward”).
4. The SMART Portfolio Account must be funded within 14 calendar days of the Account Opening Date.
5. Funding must be made via: (i) Cash transferred from a bank account; (ii) Transfers from existing accounts within Phillip Securities Pte Ltd(“PSPL”) excluding SMART Portfolio and other managed account services; or (iii) Supplementary Retirement Scheme (SRS) funds.
6. Only one Account per portfolio service type per Customer will be counted as an eligible Account for this Promotion.
7. Customer(s)’ eligibility of the Promotion will be assessed 90 calendar days from the Account Funding Date.
8. Any withdrawal or inter-account transfers during the 90-day period will result in the Customer being disqualified from the Promotion.
9. Eligible Customer(s) will receive the reward within 14 calendar days after the 90-day period.
10. The POEMS Coins reward will be credited to the customer’s trading account. If the customer has more than one trading account, the reward will be credited to the trading account with the most recent trade activity.
11. Customer(s) must have login access to the POEMS Mobile 3 App to receive and redeem their POEMS Coins.
12. The Reward is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items. Should the Reward be unavailable for any reason whatsoever, Phillip Securities Pte Ltd(“PSPL”), in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Reward with an alternative reward of similar monetary value.
13. Days refer to calendar days.
14. In the event of any dispute over the Customer’s eligibility to participate in this promotion, PSPL’s decision will be final.
15. PSPL reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to (i) amend, add to, and/or delete at any time of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice (including eligibility and qualifying terms and criteria), and all participants shall be bound by such amendments, additions and/or deletions when effected, or to (ii) vary, withdraw, and/or cancel any items or the promotion itself without having to disclose a reason, and without any compensation or payment whatsoever. PSPL’s decisions on all matters relating to the promotion are final and binding on all participants.
16. By participating, you agree and consent to PSPL for sending relevant information to third-party service providers to facilitate the delivery and redemption of the Rewards.
